Ingredients (serves 4)


  • 1 whole piece of skinless salmon

  • ½  tsp of garlic powder

  • ⅛ tsp of black pepper

  • ½  tbsp of dried Italian herb

Cottage Cheese Sauce

  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 1 tsp of garlic

  • 1/2 tbsp of everything bagel seasoning

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese


  • 1 bag of @‌sonomacreamery Everything Cheddar Cheese CrispsCheese Crisps

  • 1 tbsp of everything bagel seasoning

  • 1 tsp of red pepper flakes


  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Place the salmon on a baking tray and add the seasonings.

  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350F.

  4. Blend the ingredients for the cottage cheese sauce.

  5. Serve the cheese crisps in a bowl, top with cottage cheese sauce.

  6. Add the cooked sliced salmon, everything bagel seasoning and red pepper flakes.
