The Director of Marketing develops and executes integrated brand strategies and marketing plans that drive consumer pull and result in volume and profitable sales growth. The position has a broad range of responsibilities that requires proficiency in: 1) data analytics, story-telling and strategy development; 2) budgeting & financial analysis; and 3) multi-functional team leadership and development. The Director of Marketing is a key leadership role in our rapidly growing company and requires the ability and desire to execute at ground level at our Sonoma facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Working closely with the leadership team, lead the development of a robust strategy of the Sonoma brand; develop marketing programs that will reach the target consumer. Extract insights from a wide range of data; provide ongoing analysis and recommendations and anticipate future trends to stay ahead of competition. Develop annual activation plans aligned with brand positioning, creating memorable consumption and in store activation experiences.Create and manage content for Sonoma’s communication channels, including website, social media and e-commerce.Develop and maintain existing brand assets, ensuring consistent brand image and messaging through all communication mediums. Manage partners as contracted providing direction with effective marketing plans, robust KPIs and consistent monitoring and evaluation. Collaborate with and support sales team in customer planning, including trade spending, event participation requests, sampling needs, marketing communication, etc.Work closely with Field Marketing Manager to plan events, demos, and other grassroots marketing.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or Finance. A range of five to eight years CPG analytics experience, with 3+ years leading marketing; 3+ years food company experience preferred. Expertize in using syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen, SPINS). Excellent analytical and computer skills. Creative, organized, detailed and process oriented, with an ability to excel in a fast paced, constantly changing environment. Strong leadership, excellent listening and verbal communication skills; must be a team player. Demonstrated ability to relate to and understand others. Proven experience in prioritizing and handling multiple projects and assignments while attaining on-time completion. Flexible in both schedule and tasks; desire and ability to handle a wide range of activities.

The Maintenance Mechanic Technician is responsible for the preventative maintenance and repairs to the production machines. The Maintenance Mechanic Technician will work closely with Production, Packaging, Warehouse, and the Supply Chain operational teams and will contribute to the daily goals to ensure profitable and successful execution of the business plan objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Performs a full range of maintenance/ electro-mechanic duties including but not limited to maintenance focusing on:
Problem solving issues, troubleshooting mechanical problems, set-up equipment, make repairs and adjustments. Reads, interprets and understands manufacturer’s equipment manuals, PM task sheet and safety policies. Performs specific duties during both production and non-production hours in a timely manner with OSHA Lockout/Tagout and Company safety regulations. Monitors performance of equipment and informs maintenance and production supervisor of potential problems. Ensure duties and responsibilities are performed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with all corporate, quality policies and legislated regulations Uses considerable independent judgment to interpret and apply work guidelines with latitude to specific situations Ensure plant operations are in compliance Maintain schedule compliance and priority Participate in all equipment project implementations (preparation to start up) Adjust to Fluid Production Schedule - Maintain Flexibility with regards to start and end times. Write reports - including daily “Pass Down” reports summarizing previous shift challenges and current state of repairs Maintain documentation / record keeping for all tasks performed. High School Diploma or GED 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance with a mechanical background and experience in: Electrical from 24 VDCto 480 VAC 3-phase, Hydraulic, pneumatic Conveyor systems Motors and variable frequency drives Demonstrates positive and a can-do attitude, confidence, endurance and constructively handle conflicts Proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of Lock out/Tag out, HACCP, GMP's, Organic Handling Procedures, Allergen Control Program, Food Plant Security, Glass and Hard Plastic, Quality policies and Safety programs Basic knowledge of Multimeter use (including safely taking Voltage, Current, and Continuity measurements) Ability to understand automation, follow instructions and procedures, read operating instructions. Demonstrate basic understanding of I/O mapping and addressing. Able to stand for extended periods of time Lift and carry 0 to 50lbs Bend without restriction Knowledge of safe use for basic power hand tools.
PLC ladder and Allen Bradley Control Logix Processors experience Understanding of control system design Basic Machining experience - manual knee mill, manual lathe, etc. Ability to speak Spanish Able to weld (MIG and TIG) Forklift experience.

Previous brand ambassador experience - Preferably 2-3+ years. You must have a remarkably outgoing personality, willing to talk to anyone at any time. Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and auto insurance. Able to lift 20 lbs. and stand for 4 hours Reliable, dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to travel up to 50 miles roundtrip. Daily access to Internet, email, access to a printer and a smartphone. Have or obtain a California Food Handler Certificate.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Pre-demo store visits are done on Monday.
