While the Crisps were a little slow in arriving, that's a USPS issue, not the fault of Sonoma Creamery. While accompanying my daughter to her local grocery in Los Angeles and passing the Sonoma display, she commented your parmesan cheese crisps are her favorite snack. I was so impressed with them I’ve been sharing the news (and bags of the crisps) with friends and family. The closest store stocking your snacks to our rural home is about 2 ½ hours away in Roanoke VA, so I’ll rely on mail order for future supplies.
I love the taste of these crackers. But the reason I keep them in my house at all times is because I have osteoporosis. I do not want to take medication. So, besides the dairy that I eat, I have a least 6 crackers a day for my calcium intake. But sometimes more because they are fabulous crushed up in hot soup!
The flavor is great!
Crispy? Yes! Scrumptious? That's a BIG Yessiree! We offer these to our hotel guests and they go crazy for them. Our team loves them, too! Supporting local businesses is important to us. Personally, I adore them because it saves me the time, and effort, of making them at home and accidentally burning my batch.
